Our Intermediate Level Training sessions are for players who are looking to take their game to the next level, and gain valuable beach volleyball strategies.

Each session incorporates organized drills to help understand fundamental beach volleyball techniques and learn correct muscle memory to develop proper form. Each week different drills are implemented to build various skills including:
   
  • Serving
  • Passing
  • Setting
  • Spiking
  • Defense
  • Winning strategies

    Beach volleyball experience is not required to join the intermediate level training group. However, players that are interested in joining should participate in consistent recreational play. Indoor players looking to transition into playing beach volleyball will learn valuable fundamentals and techniques. Commitment to training regularly, interactive coaching feedback and the implementation of proper techniques will raise your playing level in no time!

    Our clinics and private coaching opportunities are perfect ways for you to gain valuable experience for your next amateur tournament. Your coach will review your current skill level and assist you in bringing your game to a higher level.

      PRO / ADVANCED LEVEL TRAINING

    Our Pro/Advanced training sessions are for players whose goals are to successfully compete at a high level such as AVP, EVP and other competitive tournament events.

    Each training session incorporates organized drills to sharpen your technical skills and broaden the understanding of competing at the Pro / Advanced Level.

    Variations of effective drills are featured in every training session which is geared toward improving your game winning potential. These drills are meant to mentally and physically prepare you to compete successfully at the high level.

    Most of the drills are designed to help you increase your physical stamina, as well as mental toughness to defeat your opponents quickly and efficiently!

    Each player will be encouraged to fill out a volleyball skill form. This will help identify the players' current strengths and weaknesses. The next step will be to set measurable goals and to follow our training program to turn your weaknesses into your strengths!

    You must believe in yourself and be committed to training. Your training goals are a road map to your final destination, and will help your coach to understand what you are looking to achieve as a player. Your goals will help you to clearly measure your progress weekly, monthly and annually.

    Players will also be working on the mental part of their game. A player's mental confidence level is the line that separates the elite from the average. From meditation to visualization, you will learn to play confidently in any environment.
